The NHS and Local Councils in Yorkshire and Humber Want To Find Out Your Views
Posted on 21 Nov 2018
The NHS and your local council collect a lot of information about you. At the moment different sections of the council and the NHS can’t view all the health and care information about you, even when this would help provide better care and services. For services to work more closely together, it is important that staff providing care have all the information they need about a person to make the right decisions.
The NHS and local councils in Yorkshire and Humber want to find out your views about what sort of information should be used to improve the healthcare and services you receive and to help make Yorkshire and Humber a better place for everybody.
The Joined Up Yorkshire and Humber survey asks how you feel about the sharing of your information. You can share any concerns you might have about your anonymised information being used and tell them which organisations you trust to hold your data. They will use the findings of the survey to help develop data sharing between organisations in our area.
Please complete the survey. It only takes a few minutes and your views are anonymous: tinyurl.com/JoinedUpYH
